Wow! You never know what you’ve got ’til it’s gone. Okay, I didn’t make that up, but the food in October was so various and delicious that it made us all realize how much we will miss getting together and sharing food, laughter and friendship. Sigh. But we have one more glorious supper club and it is–in fitting manner–our 6th annual Plantsgiving! We are grateful.
Moving forward, I am hoping to keep this email list for impromptu ‘pop up’ supper clubs or times when I just want to gather interested folks together. It’s really difficult to express how lovely it has been going on this plant-based journey together. Plant-based is so much more mainstream now, but whenever we go to a buffet, I remember how nice it is to be able to eat anything at ours!
